Travis Weaver Children's Center is a year round program which begins at 7:00 a.m. and closes at 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Transportation arrangements to many of the nearby schools are available for students to coincide with the schools' schedules. Care is also provided on pupil-free days and some school holidays. The center follows the Burbank Unified School District Calendar throughout the year. The center provides a nutritious snack daily for each child enrolled. During the summer, the center is open for a day camp.
The purpose of the Travis Weaver Children's Center is to provide working parents with a safe, caring and encouraging environment for the school aged children and to offer a support system for families. At TWCC, children will experience God's love for them through Jesus Christ in a childcare program that operates in a nurturing environment of fun and learning.
TWCC is now accepting registration for the 2010 summer camp program and the 2010/2011 school year. Give us a call for details at (818) 843-0911.
During the school year, we offer the following classes at no extra charge: Monday - art class, Tuesday - Italian class, Wednesday and Thursday - piano classes, Friday - cooking or science. So, come check us out.
